The circus is in town and Papa has agreed to let Georgie go! Georgie and his friend Harley marvel at the elephants and clowns, as well as the best act of all—the amazing Roxie, a trained horse that can do all sorts of tricks—but when Georgie is allowed to ride on her back, he discovers Roxie is in trouble!
