He is currently the founder and president of the Million Mighty Men and the teaching pastor at Coast Hills Community Church in McMinnville, Oregon. Bill is the author of the best-selling books, "When Good Men Are Tempted" and "Awaken The Leader Within." He coauthored two business books, "Give 'em the Pickle" and "Lessons from a Dream Maker." Bill and his wife Cindy live in West Linn, Oregon. They have three sons.
