Best of 2021

APPRAISAL OF THE DIRECTORS This volume “Best of 2021” presents the best-graded bachelor- and master theses of the Hanse Law School of the year 2021. Compared to previous years, this year’s results have been outstanding. It is therefore that the directorate decided to publish them, both in order to honour the students, and in the interest of the scientific community in their publication. The volume encompasses six theses spanning private, public and criminal law, all of them interested in the European and/or international dimension of law. They mirror the breadth of the performances of the Hanse Law School and its excellency. Two were supervised by Prof. Dr. Christine Godt, holding the chair for European and International Economic Law at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg (Christian D. Hein, Shannon König), two by Prof. Dr. Christoph Schmid, holding the chair for European Economic Constitutional Law at the University of Bremen (Tahsin Ben?ol, Tahir ?enel), one by Associate Prof. Dr. Fatma Karaka?-Do?an, Lecturer of Criminal Law at the University of Bremen (Anna Arden) and one by Prof. Dr. Andreas Fischer-Lescano, Professor for Public International Law and Legal Theory at the University of Bremen (Fatou Sillah).
